This is from the same June 1958 photo shoot as the Golden Horseshoe Revue photo posted below. When I came across it in my search for Wally Boag, it immediately tickled my funny bone. First, because Walt Disney is wearing a “Disneyland Guest” badge … but upon closer examination, I was further amused to find out that upon signing his badge, Walt used his familiar non de plume.

I agree. You think that his tie alone would be good enough to identify him at Disneyland. But apparently somebody in guest relations (probably Walt!) thought the boss should wear a guest badge. Sorry, the thought of him having to wear a Guest Badge at HIS Happiest Place On Earth … just, well, just amuses me.
